Shipping 

All items are handmade to order and typically take about 1-2 weeks to be made and shipped out! Thank you for your patience! If you need your order sooner, send us a message and we’ll do our best to work something out!
 
We ship most domestic orders via First Class Mail or Priority Mail with a tracking number.
Most International Shipping is all shipped via First Class Mail and a customs number will be emailed to you at the time of shipping. You may be able to track your package with that number abroad.
(Please Note: International customers may be responsible for any and all additional duties, taxes or fees imposed by customs in your country.)

 

Refunds and Exchanges 

We strive for you to be completely happy with your purchase! Over 50% of our customers are loyal, repeat customers, who love our collars and we want you to be one of our biggest fans! 🙂

 

Now for the details:

* If there is a problem with your order, we must be contacted within 7 days of package delivery.
* All items must be returned in Brand New Condition – they cannot be used or worn in any way.
* Returns are not accepted on custom orders – (specific widths/special order fabrics)
* We do not return items for a change in pattern/buckle color – please be sure on your choice before you order, since all our items are handmade to order.
* For incorrect sizing – as long as the item is still in Brand New Condition, we can easily exchange the collar for the correct size. You will need to pay any difference in cost as well as the shipping for the new collar. (Send us a message!)
*For any other issues – we will be more than happy to exchange collars on a case by case basis. Email us with issues! 🙂
